I am a big believer in exercising 4 - 5 times a week. I truly believe that exercise is essential for every person for optimum health. Exercise sessions consist of a combination of cardio and weights. As well one day a week should be something fun such as a hike, dance class or whatever you enjoy. My tip is to get your exercise done first thing in the morning, upon waking and before food, the endorphins put you in a great mood for the day, you will have detoxified and your fuel source is adipose (fat) tissue.
